University of Suffolk Scholarships

The University of Suffolk’s overseas Suffolk Executive MBA (SEMBA) Scholarship (2023/4) program is intended to draw and recognize overseas university applicants with a high academic record from their prior studies and a solid work history.

Awards worth £4,000 are available through the International Suffolk Executive MBA (SEMBA) Scholarship (2023/4) program. This scholarship is automatic. Therefore, all qualified applicants will be considered without needing a separate application.

The number of awards given for the 2023–2024 academic year is unrestricted. When students enroll in the university, they must pay a tuition charge. Scholarships will be made available as a reduction to that fee. Payments cannot be used to offset CAS deposits (if necessary).

Eligibility requirements

Those who wish to be considered for the International Suffolk Executive MBA (SEMBA) Scholarship (2023/4) must:

This award is not given automatically; those who qualify will be contacted to apply after receiving an admissions offer.

Eligibility criteria

25 scholarships for UG students and 25 for PGT students, totaling £4,000 in fifty (50) fee scholarships. The grant will be applied to UG students during each academic year (not during sandwich years). 

Scholarship applications must be submitted by 4 April 2023 through a competitive application process. Applicants must have an offer to attend the University of Suffolk in 2023 or 2024 to be eligible.

Eligibility requirements

  • Those who wish to apply for the Vice-Chancellor’s Global Impact Scholarship (2023/4) must:
  • Have been offered a 360-credit undergraduate or 180-credit postgraduate taught program at the University of Suffolk’s Ipswich campus, either conditionally or unconditionally.
  • Be enrolled in full-time studies and have applied to start in the 2023–2024 school year.
  • Being self-funding and having an abroad classification for fee purposes.

Postgraduate Alumni Loyalty Program

An alumni postgraduate loyalty program offers a 25% course cost discount.

Eligibility criteria

You must fulfill each requirement listed below to be eligible for the University of Suffolk Alumni Postgraduate Loyalty Scheme:

  • Be a graduate of the University of Suffolk (previously UCS) or a graduate of one of our legacy schools in Suffolk who earned an undergraduate or graduate degree before 2007.

University of Suffolk Acceptance Rate

University of Suffolk admissions are competitive, with an acceptance rate of 84% and an early acceptance rate of 84.7%. An ACT score of 21–26 or a SAT score of 1020–1210 are required for admission to UOS for half of the applicants. 

However, only one-fourth of accepted applicants obtained scores within these ranges, and the other one-quarter received lower scores. There is a $50 application fee (INR 3,827) and a sliding application deadline for UOS.

Admissions for International Students at Suffolk University
