Skyline University Nigeria (SUN) Scholarship 2022

To celebrate the 5th year of academic excellence in the delivery of quality education, Skyline University Nigeria has taken the initiative to award over 1.5 billion Naira in sponsorship/scholarship to 385 candidates in Nigeria.

The initiative will see 25 candidates in B.NSc. Nursing and 20 candidates each in 18 other programs respectively for Academic Year 2022-2023.

Full scholarship opportunities in Skyline University Nigeria are ongoing and open from Wednesday, August 24 – Monday, September 12, 2022.

The scholarship covers 100% of tuition fees for the full four to five years of your university journey.

Your living expenses and other expenses will be covered by you/your guardian.

However, full scholarships are competitive and limited to BNSc. nursing,

Applicants who are not eligible will further apply for other available scholarships/fee waivers provided by the University.

Scholarship requirements

Here are the steps to get into the Skyline University Nigeria Scholarship Programme;

  1. Meet the admission requirements and apply
  2. Prepare and write the exam in advance
  3. Get notification of successful application
  4. Make payments
  5. Go to the Scholarship/Finance Section for validation
  6. Go to the Admin section to collect your Student’s ID

Meet the admission requirements and apply

This may seem extremely obvious, but you don’t want to blow your chances by accidentally missing a document or piece of information detailed in the scholarship’s application instructions.

Be sure to read the application guidelines carefully.

Interested and qualified candidates must;

  1. Be between the ages of 16 – 25.
  2. Meet the University’s admission criteria with required grades/scores in SSCE and JAMB.
  3. Apply for your program of interest via the online registration platform available on Skyline University Nigeria’s website http://scholarship.sun.edu.ng:8011/#/application on or before 12 September 2022.
  4. Pay application fees.
  5. Obtain the required score for the Scholarship qualifying exam.
  6. Write a 500-word essay on why they should be considered for the scholarship.

Prepare and write the exam in advance

You need a full scholarship to join Skyline University Nigeria if you know. It is essential to start preparing as far in advance as possible.

This is especially important as you will have to write the entrance exam.

Although other available scholarships/fee waivers will be based on financial need rather than academic excellence.

The 100% scholarship in the Nursing program will only be awarded to exceptional students who have successfully completed the examination.

Get notification of successful application

After the exam is written, applicants will receive a follow-up email/phone call confirming their application and listing next steps if the application is successful.

Applicants who are not eligible will further apply for other available scholarships/fee waivers provided by the University.

Make payments

Once the notification of admission has been sent and the admission letter has been received, you can make an online transfer to the account number shown on the admission letter issued, or visit the SUN campus with your debit card, where you will receive additional assistance from the admissions team .

You will receive another email/phone call reminder to confirm tuition payments when payment is made.

Go to the Scholarship/Finance Section for validation

Upon confirmation of tuition payment, applicants must go to the university’s bursary to validate the payment. Here another receipt is issued in exchange for the initial receipt received.

When payment is validated, take your proof of payment to the issuing admissions officer for further details.

Go to the Admin section to collect your Student’s ID
