Redeemer’s University Nigeria Admission List is out for 2020/2021 Academic Session

Following the release of the Redeemer’s University Nigeria post UTME screening result, the management has released the Redeemer’s University Nigeria Admission List. Candidates who chose RUN while applying for JAMB can now check their admission status online.

Firstly, you can check your admission status via the university’s admission portal, or via the JAMB portal. How to Check the Redeemer’s University Nigeria Admission List via the University’s Portal

  1. Firstly, visit the Redeemer’s University Nigeria Admission portal at https://eportal.aaua.edu.ng/frontend/welcome/ugadmissions.
  2. Now, put in your  JAMB registration number where needed by the school website
  3. Finally, click on the search button to check your admission status.

Have you been admitted into the Redeemer’s University Nigeria? If yes, congratulations. You can now login to the JAMB portal and ACCEPT or REJECT your admission on CAPS.

How to Check Your Admission Status Via JAMB Portal

  1. Don’t forget that it is important you confirm your admission on JAMB Portal. Below is the guide on how to check:
  2. To check your status, the first step is to visit jamb.org.ng/efacility.
  3. Then proceed to login to your JAMB profile with your username and password once the page loads.
  4. Carefully search and locate the “Check Admission Status” tab, click on it.
  5. Then you are to select your Exam Year and Type in your JAMB registration number in the blank box provided.
  6. Lastly, simply click on the “Check Admission Status” to confirm your Redeemer’s University Nigeria admission status.

Brief History of Redeemer’s University Nigeria

The university was founded by Redeemed Christian Church of God in 2005. The Federal Government of Nigeria granted an operating license to the Redeemer’s University on 7 January 2005.

In the 2012/2013 academic year, the university admitted its first set of M.A., M.Sc., and PhD. students.

In 2013, the university won a World Bank Grant to fund the establishment of the African Centre of Excellence for Genomics of Infectious Diseases (ACEGID). To win the grant, Redeemer’s University emerged as the best-rated university among 15 prestigious universities selected from West and Central Africa.

The university has produced 5 sets of graduates. It enrolled 2,351 students in total, as of 1 December 2013; 997 male and 1,354 female.

As of the 2013/2014 academic year, the university had three colleges – the College of Natural Science, the College of Management Science, and the College of Humanities. There are a total of 26 academic programs. It is envisaged that an engineering college will soon be added.
