In order to apply, applicants must be nationals of countries that have received official development assistance from the DAC of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). undergraduate students with a strong desire for quality education are eligible.

Fees for school, a stipend for living expenses, and one round-trip plane ticket each year. The length of a course determines the length of the scholarship, which is either three or four years.
The Eligibility Criteria for Reach Oxford Scholarships
Applicants for the Reach Oxford Scholarships must meet the following criteria:
You must have been accepted into one of Oxford University’s undergraduate programs.
Accomplished academics as well as strong leadership skills are required.
To be eligible, applicants must be prepared to return to their home countries at the end of their studies.
Priority will be given to applicants who have not previously studied at the undergraduate level.

Other Crucial Details: Applicants should be aware that the length of the scholarship varies from three to four years, depending on the academic program chosen.
Note that not all colleges are able to offer Reach Oxford Scholarships each year to their students. There is no way that an institution that does not participate in the program can prevent you from applying for and receiving a scholarship if they offer you admission. Transferring between colleges will be arranged if your application is successful.
Academic and social activities and accomplishments at the university will be documented in an annual report for applicants.
The award is conditional on the recipient making satisfactory academic progress in the following years.
There is fierce competition for these scholarships, and the University will not provide additional funding to those who aren’t selected.
