UNIABUJA receives full Accreditation from NUC for 14 courses.

Nuc accredits 14 uniabuja courses

Full accreditation has been given to 14 programmes at the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has released the results of its October/November 2021 accreditation of several academic programs at the University.

Nuc accredits 14 uniabuja courses

Accreditation has been granted to a total of 14 university courses, including MBBS, accountancy, and veterinary medicine. Interim accreditation was granted to 6 courses, however full accreditation was denied to Banking and Finance.

Those courses who have obtained their complete accreditation are listed below:

  1. Business administration

  2. Accounting

  3. MBBS

  4. Theatre Arts

  5. Educational administration and planning

  6. Education history

  7. Education physics

  8. Library and Information science

  9. Primary education studies

  10. Social studies

  11. History

  12. Arabic studies

  13. Sociology

  14. Veterinary Medicine

Interim accreditation were granted to:

  1. Christian Religious Studies
  2. English Language
  3. Islamic Religious Studies
  4. Linguistics
  5. Philosophy
  6. Computer Science

Students in the above courses should be happy for the good improvement.
