This is to let you know that the NLNG Undergraduate Scholarship 2022/2023 for Nigerian Students is ongoing. This is an award available for Nigerian undergraduate students. This was founded as a critical component of the education intervention program for our host communities in 1998 and later opened up to the rest of Nigeria in 2003.

This award scheme seeks to promote academic excellence by supporting high performing students through their tertiary institution.

Scholarship Description

The Nigeria LNG Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme started in 1998 as part of Nigeria LNG Limited’s Corporate Social Responsibility to Nigerian Citizens to enhance human capacity development. A total of 2,833 undergraduates from various universities in Nigeria have benefited from the scholarship scheme with a spend of over N600 million. NLNG Undergraduate Scholarship

The introduction of online application and the use of social media (Facebook) for information dissemination in 2012 made the selection process more efficient and cost-effective, and increased awareness.

Therefore, the Management of Nigeria LNG Limited wishes to invite interested First Year undergraduates in Nigerian Universities to apply for the 2021/2022 NLNG Scholarship Award.

The scholarship recipient will receive the payment of a yearly Scholarship allowance as beneficiaries in Institutions in Nigeria.
Undergraduate Scholarship – N150, 000 per annum for the course duration of each awardee..

Who is Eligible to Apply for NLNG Undergraduate Scholarship 2022/2023

To apply for the 2022 Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas, you must meet the criteria below:

Have excellent/very good West Africa School Certificate (WASC) or National Examination Council (NECO) result at ONE sitting
Have a top score at the Joint Admissions & Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination
Be a certified Full-Time Year-One student of any Nigerian University at the time of application
Not be on any other Scholarship Award from other companies or agencies
Not be a spouse, child, ward or direct relation of staff of Nigeria LNG Limited
