This is to inform Fresh Students of Ladoke Akintola University that the management has released the required Procedures for the Medical Registration exercise.
Please note the approved procedure for new students’ medical registration at the university’s health centre:
LAUTECH notification to fresh students about procedure for medical registration
-Visit LAUTECH payment platform and make online payment for medical registration.
– Present a copy of the printed receipt of medical fee to the medical laboratory unit of the facility where your blood and urine samples will be taken for the necessary examinations.
– Present another copy of the same payment printout receipt to the Radiology Unit for your chest X-ray examination.
-Visit LAUTECH platform and pay your tuition fees online. You will be able to download all the necessary forms. Then go to the Medical Records Unit with your Personal Data Form, duly completed Educational Data Form, State/Local Government Identification Certificate, Copy of Medical and Tuition Fee Receipt or Printout, X-Ray Film, Medical Laboratory Results, and 2 two (2) passport photographs .
The Records Officer will offer you the medical confidential file to fill in, collect your documents and refer you to the Medical Officer for final clinical assessment and issuance of Student Medical Clearance Certificate, which is required for your registration with the faculty.
Please keep the Health Center card given to you by the records officer. This is your means of identification for access to health services when you visit the facility.
You are strongly advised to expedite your medical registration in order to complete it on time.
Please apply to fulfill all obligations required for your full registration as a new student of LAUTECH.
