JAMB Result Statistics for 2022/2023 UTME

Official statistics from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) have been revealed, including the total number of candidates who registered for each school in Nigeria, the number of candidates who took part in the exam, and the number of candidates whose results were witheld in the UTME examination.

Both the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) and the University of Lagos (UNILAG) have the highest numbers of applicants who selected them as their first choice universities in Nigeria, according to the Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB).

For the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, JAMB‘s management has released the exam’s statistics.

More than 1,761,338 people applied for the 2022 UTME, but only 1,707,626 showed up to take the exam.

As a result, 1,671,203 results were made public and 27,105 results are being held for further screenings.

An even more detailed analysis shows that there are now 168,613 candidates who scored between 200 and 249, which he claims is an improvement over the results in 2022.
