The aim of this post is to let you know that the HUKPOLY Post UTME Form for the 2022/2023 academic session is out. The management of the institution is inviting candidates who want to further their tertiary studies at the Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic to apply now. Applicants are to pay Two Thousand Naira (N2, 000) only for screening and One Thousand
Five Hundred Naira (N1, 500) only for verification.
You are also requested to come to Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic Campus along Dutsinma Road with a passport photograph and UTME/DE application number/slip and all other relevant credentials for the exercises.

Application Requirements for the HUKPOLY Post UTME Form
1. UTME 100 LEVEL – Five (5) Year Programme:
Interested candidates joining at 100 Level must:
a. Have at least five (5) credit passes at SSCE/GCE/NTC ordinary level examined by WAEC/NECO/NABTEB in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry or Biology, and any other relevant science and/or technical subjects at not more than two sittings.
b. Have a UTME cut-off mark of not less than 170 points, and have the right UTME subject combinations.
c. Have selected Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic affiliated to FUT Minna as first choice university otherwise the candidate must apply to JAMB for change of institution.
d. Appear with the original statement of result/certificates and other credentials for screening.
2. Direct Entry:
a. 200 Level – Four (4) Year program:
Interested candidates joining at 200 level must possess:
i. A minimum of Lower Credit in relevant Engineering/Technology programs at National Diploma (ND) level in addition to fulfilling the ‘O’ Level requirements.
ii. A minimum of Merit in relevant Science/Mathematics Education Programmes at Diploma Level in addition to fulfilling the ‘O’ Level requirements.
iii. A minimum of Merit in one of the relevant major courses at the Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) level, in addition to fulfilling the ‘O’ Level requirements.
b. 300 Level – Three (3) Year program:
Interested candidates joining at 300 level must possess:
i. A minimum of Merit in Two (2) relevant major courses one of which must be Education at the Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) level, in addition to fulfilling the ‘O’ Level requirements;
ii. A minimum of Lower Credit at Higher National Diploma (HND) level in relevant Engineering/Technology/Sciences Programmes, in addition to fulfilling the ‘O’Level requirements.

Candidates wishing to join one of these programmes through Direct Entry in the 2022/2023 academic session but have not selected Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic in affiliation with Federal University of Technology Minna (FUT Minna) as their first choice university can do so now by applying to JAMB for change of institution (Green Card).
How to Apply for HUKPOLY Post UTME Form
All applicants are to pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2, 000.00) only for screening after which they will be prompted to fill a profile page, print and submit a copy to the Academic Office. They are also to pay the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N1, 500.00) only for verification.
Eligible candidates are to make payment through the payment options provided at the student’s portal: portal.hukpoly.edu.ng. The Polytechnic doesn’t accept cash payment.
Note: All ND and NCE candidates with O’ results at hand must upload it into their JAMB profile. However, candidates waiting O’ Level results can apply and upload the results later but they should note that no candidate would be given admission prior the result upload at their JAMB profile.
Post-UTME Screening Exercise shall be conducted according to the CDC COVID-19 Health Guidelines to reduce the risk of infection or spread of COVID- 19. All candidates are advised to adhere to the following hand and respiratory hygiene measures:
- They would be subjected to regular hand wash with soap and water and/or use of an alcohol-based sanitizer.
- Candidates are to come with face masks.
- They are to maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) physical distance.
- Candidates would be subjected to temperature tests.
COVID-19 HEALTH GUIDELINES
