Federal University of Technology Minna (FUTMINNA) Acceptance Fee Procedure, 2021/2022 – FUTMINNA Acceptance Fee Procedure for the 2021/2022 Academic Session has been announced.

Federal University of Technology Minna (FUTMINNA) Payment Procedure for Acceptance Fees, 2021/2022

All newly admitted students of the Federal University of Technology, Minna, must follow the procedure below to pay their acceptance fee and proceed for approval.

How to pay FUTMINNA acceptance fee

1. Visit: www.futminna.edu.ng Click on ‘2021/2022 Undergraduate Admission Status’ link to print / reprint your admission status so that you can get your STUDENT ID.

2. Click on ACCEPTANCE FEE PAYMENT. (A login page is displayed)

  1. Click on the link ‘Request new password‘on the Login Page.
  2. Enter your STUDENT ID
  3. Click Submit
  4. A page is displayed with the e-mail created for you by the University.
  5. Note: access to your school email address
  6. Visit the University’s website; www.futminna.edu.ng
  7. Click on the Student link on the website

iii. A page is displayed displaying student resources. Scroll down and click on Student Email. Alternatively you can go to www.gmail.com

  1. Enter your school email address and password. (Note: your password is your JAMB registration number). The system will ask you to change your password.
  2. Click on the mailbox to eportal password sent to your email. (Note: if there is no password in the inbox, check the Spam directory for the password)
  3. Click on the link below to proceed to the Payment Acceptance Fee page. (https://eportal.futminna.edu.ng)
  4. Enter your student ID and the eportal password from the email.
  5. Click the Login Button
  6. 11. Your Portal page will display your record. Click on the Acceptance Fee menu on the left.
  7. 12. Select payment type and click the send button to complete your transaction.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  1. Click on Student Link and scroll down to select ‘e-portal’
  2. Enter your student ID and password to log in to your personal page
  3. Enter your date of birth, nationality and number of sessions of your exam
  4. Click the ‘Update Admission Data’ button to continue in case the system logs you out; log in again with your student ID and password and continue.
  5. Click on ‘Personal data’ to fill in your personal data
  6. Click on Academic Record to upload credentials
  7. Enter your exam details. Candidates with two meetings must provide a combination of the meetings in the seven (7) lock boxes
  8. All candidates for direct enrollment must do the same as in 6 above and enter the records for higher education
  9. Upload scanned documents of the following information (warranty / referee, birth certificate or declaration of age, first result of O’Level, second result of O’Level (optional), proof of name (in case of change of name), signature, statement of Origin).

COMMENT:

Make sure your scanned documents are in jpeg or jpg format for upload.

The dimension for signature must be 150 (height) x 170 (width) pixels

The dimension for other documents must be 500 (width) x 680 (height) pixels

Click the ‘Submit Academic Records’ button to submit your data.

Wait until your status changes to Deleted or Rejected. If it is deleted, it will move on to the payment phase, but if it is rejected, read the reasons for the rejection.
