Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) O’level credit passes which must include English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than two sittings.
Candidates awaiting results are not eligible to apply. Also, the NABTEB results can only be combined with the NABTEB result.
FOR POST-BASIC NURSING: In addition to the above, candidates must have a notification of registration with the Nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria as a registered midwife with confirmation updated (PUF).
AGE RANGE: Candidates must not be less than 17 at the time of purchasing the form.
