ABSU Cut Off Mark 2022/2023 Session Is Out

After the long wait, I am glad to let you know that ABSU cut off mark for the 2022/2023 academic session has been released. This cut off mark is the latest which was released following the order given by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board(JAMB). You can now check the ABSU cut off mark for your department here.

ABSU cutoff mark is 140.

To be considered for admission, you must meet the ABSU cutoff mark of 140.

This means that you must score exactly 140 or higher to be eligible to purchase an ABSU post-UTME form and be considered for admission by the Abia State University administration.

If you do not meet or exceed the ABSU cut-off mark, you will not be considered for admission to Abia State University for this session.

ABSU Departmental Cutoff Mark.

For years now, ABSU has not made their departmental cut off mark public. If we should judge with previous years, then we will be right to say the departmental cut off mark for 2022 will not be made public.

ABSU MODE OF ADMISSION SCREENING 2022

Abia State University holds her admission screening exercises within a week or a couple of weeks. Students who applied to study in the school are to proceed for the pre-screening exercise when once it is being announced. Documents required for the pre-screening exercise are: SSCE result and JAMB registration print out only.
It is often important that a candidate arrive early and locate his/her screening venue early. Candidates will be screen on the JAMB scores and their SSCE results.

Required Documents For ABSU Screening Exam

1.Original copies of their educational qualifications (Statements of Results/Certificates).
N/B: Cases of awaiting results will NOT be accepted.
2.Birth Certification/Age Declaration.
3.A letter of good conduct from your Village Head or a responsible member of your community/or civil servant not below Grade Level 10 or equivalent in the private sector.
Certificate of Local Government of origin; and this notification of admission status slip
